NOTE: Swab test schedule date is always scheduled  a day after registration once requirements are complete.

STRICTLY NO SWAB TEST WITHIN THE DAY OF REGISTRATION.

Payment of testing fee is made thru bank deposit in an exact amount of 

₱ 2,800.00 under

Account Name: CVMC MOLECULAR LABORATORY (Landbank) with

Account Number: 3702-1046-60

ANNOUNCEMENT:

As per Department Circular No. 2021-0374, new rate for RT-PCR test fee shall be subject to change amounting to ₱ 2,800.00 effective September 6, 2021. Please be guided accordingly.
